The way, by the end of the scene, he just quietly says “please.” Whip is younger than Michael and it did always appear like he looked up to him. Whip and Michael’s relationship continues on and it was actually really sad, to see Whip get so emotional over possibly losing Michael. Something that must have been unsettling for him because it’s usually him who has the plan and is leading the charge. Even though we’ve seen them fight, they always come together in the end.Īlthough it was obvious Michael wasn’t going to die, it was still kind of intense to see him so vulnerable and, for once, with his fate completely in other people’s hands. It’s clearly showcased throughout the season how close they characters became while in prison. His goodbye with Whip was also really wonderful to see. From the moment they arrive, it was clear that he loved it there and it was nice to know that he got some kind of happy ending. If this season had been any longer I would be really sad about Ja choosing to stay behind, however, because it is so short I was just happy to see him happy. Of course, that means that one moment of happiness is going to be turned upside down, even just a little. The fact that she was just willing to hop on a plane and go to save his life was fantastic. It was nice to see her laugh.Įspecially considering we then move on to her receiving a phone call from Lincoln, confirming that it really is their Michael and he’s out but needs her help. Lincoln wants his brother to get help but he also doesn’t want Michael to be arrested, Whip doesn’t care about Michael being arrested so long as he lives, and while they butt heads over the decision you see that Ja was about to go over and check on Michael, to make sure he’s okay.Įven though we know he’s the villain, I did appreciate the little moment between Jacob and Sara. It’s interesting to see tensions rise because this scene shows how they all care about Michael and what happens to him. You can tell that they do genuinely care about each other and have developed a very real (and very strong) relationship through their time working together. Threatening her with a lawsuit, Young Eun told her to stay away from her team.Whip taking care of Michael and trying to reassure him was so great to see. Hearing that, Young Eun went straight to In A’s office, confronting her about not hiring Son Ju after promising her if she brought her the designs. Telling them that she was the one behind the leak because she wanted to join a better team. As Na Ri was complaining about how unfair it was, not being able to control herself Sun Ju took out a box and started packing her stuff. Throughout the day, Chi Hyung kept on telling So Yong to confess about what she did. Defending herself she walked off while Chi Sook took In A’s side and refused to check if somebody leaked the designs and chose her over Young Eun. As he told her that he knew it was her who leaked the designs, she told him not to suspect her on baseless things as she tried hard to get the job unlike him. While the whole team was worrying over the designs getting leaked, Chi Hyung went on to confront So Yong alone. He revealed that he and his brother had different mothers. As they both got a chance in the inventory closet to spend time alone, Jae Kook decided to open up to her. But returning to work, she wanted to ask why Jae Kook was in Paris alone. Thinking about the time she and Soo Wan talked about his family. As CEO Hwang called Jae Kook and Chi Sook in as they were working together in the office, her mind went back in the memories.
There wasn’t a time where her mind hasn’t gone back to ten years back when somebody talked with Jae Kook. And now knowing that Jae Kook is Soo Wan’s younger brother, Young Eun was unable to understand her feelings.

As he was about to hang up thinking she is sleeping, she asked him to meet her. After a drinking night with her friends and not being able to sleep, she was about to call him when his call came.
